I’m a beach-loving east coast Canadian mom, a fitness trainer, and a nutrition coach. I help women discover they can do hard things! Growing up I never did team sports, and I never felt athletic; now in my 40s, I feel stronger and more like an athlete than I ever have. It is NEVER too late to become a stronger you. Working out helps me manage my anxiety, helps me feel independent and capable, and gives me the energy to be a present mom to two very busy boys!
