Jen Schlumberger

My name is Jen Schlumberger and I created Laughing Fit in 2023 as a way to combine the two things I love most: laughing and strength training! As a rookie stand-up comedian with a background in improv, I decided to take my bad jokes and general day-to-day storytelling to the mat as I guide my Laughing Fitters through 35 min virtual strength training classes, 4x per week. I took the CanFItPro Fitness Instructor Specialist program, slapped on some neon-leggings, and I haven’t looked back since. I’m determined to make strength training and fitness something that feels fun and accessible to everyone so we can get stronger together and live our best old-lady lives!
