I am a personal trainer in training, who is really passionate about healthy, balanced, and active lifestyle being achievable for everyone. My workouts are designed for those of you who want to build lean muscles through time efficient and effective workouts with minimal or no equipment. You don’t need more than a bit of space, a mat, and a water bottle. Being a mum, partner, dog owner, house owner, and colleague, I have no to little time to spare on unnecessary journeys to gym, or lengthy workouts that won’t bring me the results that are aligned with my goals. For that reason, my workouts are only 30 mins or less, and use the most time-efficient, and effective workout method – HIIT.
