IRL, Kari is the Group Fitness and Programming Director for the Western Racquet Fitness Club in Wisconsin. She teaches a wide variety of classes including Cardio Kickboxing, Strength Training, and TRX Workouts. Kari also runs a Rock Steady Boxing Program for Parkinson’s at the facility. She loves teaching people that fitness can not only be life changing but FUN!
The high energy that she brings to her on-demand at home workouts is simply contagious, you won’t be able to stop yourself from “getting into it” when exercising to her fitness class.
