As a busy mom of 3 boys, avid runner and fitness enthusiast, I decided that I would like to help other moms (or anyone else!) put their health first. Not JUST to look good, but to feel good too.
With so many fad diets and crazy workout plans, I wanted to make a program tailored to my clients specifically to fit into their lives, not try to fit individuals into a one-size-fits-all fitness ‘box’.
No matter your age, weight, fitness level, or where you are starting… if you have the right tools and information at your disposal, along with a little accountability and discipline, you CAN reach your goals… And I would like to help you get there.
